Hi, I’m Hazel!

안녕하세요! I’m Hazel, your Korean tutor. I’ve always loved language and communication, which is why teaching Korean is such a passion of mine. With my experience teaching students from all over the world, I know how to make language learning feel approachable, fun, and motivating.

When I’m not teaching, I’m usually practicing yoga, dancing, or enjoying time with friends. I love meeting new people and learning from different perspectives. My goal is to help you feel confident and excited about learning Korean, while building a genuine connection along the way. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Hazel's teaching style is wholesome and soul-nourishing! The exercises she does with you are both methodical and interactive (roleplay). If you want to learn how to read/pronounce lyrics, she is there to help you with that. I could already read a bit but cannot understand what I am reading which means I was not exactly a beginner. Hazel instantly knew how to adjust to my level of learning. All in all, she was a very pleasant teacher which makes me a very happy student. I will return for more lessons!
